- Operational check of indoor and outdoor units — fans, compressor, and electronic modules.
- Condensate drain inspection for blockages, improper slope, or leaks.
- Verification of thermostat, controller, and system settings.
- Evaluation of unit cleanliness and whether professional cleaning is actually recommended.
- Identification of the root cause and a clear explanation in plain language.
- Written diagnostic results and recommendations for repair work.
Stuff we won't do
What We Won't Do on a Repair Call
- We don't replace parts "guessing" the problem — diagnostics come first.
- We don't recommend full system replacement when repair is still reasonable.
- We don't hide repair scope or pricing before starting work.
- We don't use temporary fixes where a proper technical repair is required.
Important
If critically faulty components are identified, their replacement may be required first to restore operation and allow full diagnostics. After the system is running again, additional issues can sometimes surface that couldn't be identified before startup. Any additional work is always discussed with you separately — and billed separately, with your approval.
