Do you charge just for coming out?

Diagnostic visits start from $129. Estimates for installation, cleaning, and maintenance are free. If we can't identify the problem, you don't pay for the service call.

Is the repair included in the service call fee?

The service call covers full diagnostics and a written estimate. Repair work is quoted separately and only starts after approval. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.

Do you explain the problem before starting repairs?

Always. We show you what we found, explain it in plain language, and walk through your options. No work begins until you approve a written estimate.

Do you immediately recommend replacing the system?

No. We recommend replacement only when repair is genuinely not a reasonable option — and we show you exactly why.

Do you provide a warranty on completed work?

Yes — labor warranty on all completed repairs, and 12-month labor warranty on new installations.

Are you licensed & insured?

Yes. We carry $2M in liability coverage and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available within one business day on request.

Estimates and pricing

Diagnostic visits start from $129. Estimates for installation, cleaning, and maintenance are free. All repair work is quoted in writing and begins only after you approve the estimate. The price we quote is the price you pay — any change in scope is discussed and approved before additional work begins.

Diagnostic guarantee

If we are unable to identify the problem during a diagnostic visit, you do not pay for the service call. When you proceed with a repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair work.

Scheduling

We confirm appointment windows by phone or text. If we are running late, we call you. Same-day service is subject to availability and is generally available for calls received before 2 PM.

Warranties

Completed repairs carry a labor warranty for the scope of work performed. New installations carry a 12-month labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are separate and are provided by the manufacturer.

Liability

Meridian HVAC is licensed and insured with $2M in liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available within one business day on request — see our COI information page.
